Forrest Holtkamp, defendant ad litem in the interest of Marty Holtkamp, deceased, and Progressive Specialty Insurance Company, who is Marty Holtkamp’s automobile insurer, appeal the trial court’s entry of a directed verdict in favor of Nautilus Insurance Company on Nautilus’ petition for declaratory judgment.
