Michael K. and Lisa A. Shinkle appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County granting the respondents, Charles R. and Sharon K. Beery, an easement on the appellants’ property, to provide the respondents ingress and egress to their property, which had become landlocked after the respondents sold a portion of their property to the appellants.
