Petitioners, the National Classification Committee (“NCC”) and the National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc. (“NMFTA”), seek review of two Interstate Commerce Commission (“ICC” or “Commission”) decisions ordering petitioners to cancel tariffs reclassifying certain commodities.
