This is an action against four doctors to recover damages for medical malpractice based, in substance, upon the allegation that they negligently failed to diagnose a cancer with which the plaintiff Nancy Paciello was afflicted. Paragraph “twenty-second” of the complaint alleged that all the defendants were partners.
