The motion at bar is brought on underlying facts which disclose that the plaintiff bank initially issued Visa credit cards to the defendants in 1972. After numerous financial transactions dealing with the use of various Visa credit cards issued intermittently on a two-year term basis, the defendant husband and wife separated in the spring of 1978. They have lived separate and apart since that date. In 1982 upon the failure of the defendant Claire E.
