MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WOLF, District Judge.

This is a diversity action brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1382 by Brant Point Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation with a principal place of business on Nantucket, against Paul Poetzsch and Donald Fryar, both citizens of North Carolina. On October 8, 1986, this court denied defendants’ motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Defendant Poetzsch now moves that the case be transferred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
