Defendant Ford Motor Company (defendant) appeals by leave granted the trial court’s order denying its motion for summary disposition of plaintiffs claim alleging sexual harassment under the Civil Rights Act (CRA), MCL 37.2101 et seq. This case involves a claim of same-gender harassment. Plaintiff claims he was subjected to a sexually hostile work environment in violation of MCL 37.2103(i)(iii).
