Plaintiff-Appellant Jeffrey Kalich filed a complaint against his former employer, Defendant — Appellee AT & T Mobility, LLC, (“AT & T”), in state court pursuant to Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”). Kalich alleged that his immediate supervisor David Rich created a hostile work environment by subjecting Kalich to comments that constituted sexual harassment. AT & T removed the action to federal court. On November 2, 2010, the district court granted AT & T’s motion for summary judgment, finding that Kalich’s claims were not actionable…
