Plaintiff Chad Dafoe, a train conductor, brings this lawsuit against his former employer, Defendant BNSF Railway Company (“BNSF”), alleging that BNSF violated anti-retaliation provisions of the Federal Railroad Safety Act (“FRSA”) by firing him for engaging in protected activity, including making safety complaints, reporting personal injuries, and being involved in a co-worker’s FRSA case.
