Plaintiff’s husband was killed in an automobile collision with a truck owned by Defendant Suttles Truck Leasing (“Suttles”). Plaintiff subsequently brought suit to recover damages and punitive damages from Defendant Suttles and its insurance company for negligence and wrongful death. Suttles apparently concedes its amenability to suit under the doctrine of respondeat superior.
