The National Labor Relations Board filed a petition for enforcement of its order issued against respondent, Adkins Transfer Company, finding it guilty of violation of Section 8(a) (3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., and directing it to offer reinstatement to two former employees in any available jobs, at Nashville, Tennessee, substantially equivalent to those in which they had been employed before their discharge; to place them on a preferential hiring list in the event such employment was not available; to give…
