Plaintiff seeks review of the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, asserting that his continued incarceration at the Oregon State Correctional Institution is in violation of the law. Plaintiff was convicted of first-degree robbery in 1989, but execution of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation. Plaintiffs probation later was revoked and his previous indeterminate sentence of a period not to exceed 20 years was executed.
