MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on NMC Homeeare, Inc.’s (“NMC”) motion for summary judgment. The motion seeks summary judgment on all of plaintiffs claims, which include race discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 42 U.S.C. § 1981; disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); hostile work environment sexual harassment under Title VII; and state law claims for whistleblower retaliatory discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
