This is an employment discrimination action in which Plaintiff Harriet Conrad asserts claims against the Board of Johnson County, Kansas Commissioners and the Johnson County Health Department (collectively referred to as “the County”). Plaintiff alleges the County violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA)” 1 in three different respects.
