MEMORANDUM

DALZELL, District Judge.

On January 31, 2005, European Commission antitrust regulators charged eighteen hydrogen peroxide manufacturers with price-fixing. Eleven days later, a buyer filed the first of thirty-three federal putative class actions alleging that the world’s leading hydrogen peroxide manufacturers horizontally restrained trade from 1994 to the present. In the wake of that initial filing, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation transferred every cognate federal action to us.
