Acme Finance Co. v. Zapffe

The plaintiff finance company seeks recovery from the defendant Zapffe, and the marital community consisting of himself and wife, upon a negotiable promissory note executed and delivered by him to one Greenwell, and by Greenwell sold and transferred by endorsement to the finance company before maturity.
