In submitting the questions of fact upon which the plaintiff’s right to recover depended, the learned judge so clearly and accurately defined the duties and obligations springing from the relation of the parties, that the jury could have no difficulty in properly applying the jH’ineiples thus explained to the facts of the case as established by the evidence.
