— Appellee averred in his complaint that appellants were engaged in the business of selling Ford automobiles in the city of Hammond, Indiana; that in October, 1917, appellee was employed by appellants as a salesman to sell automobiles on commissions to be paid *141according to the terms and conditions of a written contract attached to and made a part of the complaint; that appellee performed certain services under the terms of the contract for which he had not been paid, for the value of which as determined by the contract he sues in this action.
