This is a contract and unfair trade practices action brought by Chestnut Hill Development Corporation (“Chestnut Hill”) against Otis Elevator Company (“Otis”) for the alleged delayed installation and defective functioning of five elevators in a condominium complex owned by Chestnut Hill. The matter is now before the Court on defendant Otis’ motion for summary judgment or partial summary judgment.
