Plaintiffs Emil J. Jacobson and wife, respondents here, brought this action in unlawful detainer to recover about 1.20 acres of land with a home thereon in Orem, Utah. Plaintiffs sold this property to defendants, George W. Swan and wife, appellants here, under a uniform real estate contract, which after defendants’ default was successively superseded by two other contracts.
