SINGAL, District Judge.

The former police chief of Fairfield, Maine, complains that town officials revealed confidential information about his health to the press and refused to hold a hearing before terminating his employment, in violation of his civil rights. Presently before the Court are Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint (Docket # 2) and Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint (Docket #6).
