MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.. The plaintiffs, the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the Embassy of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (collectively, the “plaintiffs”) bring this action against the defendant, Ahmad Miski, for allegedly infringing upon their trademark rights in violation of the provisions of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1125(a)(1)(A) and (B) (2000), and the Anti-Cybersquat-ting Consumer Protection Act (“ACPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d) (2000).
