The two issues presented by this appeal are:(1) Did the circuit court abuse its discretion in finding excessive the jury’s award of $15,280 for plaintiff’s damages for personal injuries ?(2) If the foregoing question is answered in the negative, did the trial court abuse its discretion in fixing $6,000 as a reasonable amount to measure such damages ?
