This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals reversing a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault and remanding the matter to the circuit court for a new trial. The judgment of conviction was entered by the Oneida county circuit court, Hon. Timothy L. Vocke, Circuit Judge for Vilas county, presiding. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals.
