THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff Applied Capital, Inc.’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgement Against Defendant Gerald Lee Scogin, Jr. and Grizzly Drilling, Inc. on Applied Capital’s Civil Conspiracy, Fraud, Breach of Contract and Unjust Enrichment Claims, filed February 2, 2007 (Doc. 174)(“Motion”).
