De GIULIO, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of rape, sodomy, communicating a threat, two specifications of indecent language to a child, and four specifications of indecent acts with a child, in violation of Articles 120, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 925, and 934 (1982).
