DeCICCO, Judge:

Following mixed pleas, appellant was convicted by a special court-martial, military judge alone, of four specifications of orally communicating indecent language over the telephone to various women in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was acquitted of three other similar specifications. His sentence included a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 90 days, restriction for 30 days, and hard labor without confinement for 30 days. The convening authority approved the sentence.
