MOORE, Acting P. J.

A jury convicted Tien Van Nguyen of felony murder (Pen. Code, § 187; count I), attempted residential robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 664/211/former 213.5; count II), first degree burglary (Pen. Code, § 459/460; count III), and robbery (Pen. Code, § 211; count V). It also found appellant personally used a firearm when committing the attempted robbery, and was armed with a firearm during the commission of the murder. (Pen. Code, §§ 12022.5, subd. (a), 12022, subd. (a).) The lower court imposed prison sentences for the murder, burglary and robbery charges, but stayed sentencing…
