Chi Ko Wong appeals from a judgment upon jury convictions of first degree murder (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 189) and first degree robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 211a), and findings that he had used a firearm in the commission of each of the offenses.

Defendant was a juvenile at the time of the commission of the offenses and petitions were initially filed in the juvenile court seeking his adjudication as a ward of that court.
