This is an action brought under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, in which Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, seeks access to certain records from four agency Defendants, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”), the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”), the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (“EOUSA”), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and one state entity, the Missouri Police Department.
