MEMORANDUM OPINION

COOPER, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ separate motions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 12(b)(6) to dismiss plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (“Amended Complaint”). Plaintiffs Wayne Bradshaw (“Bradshaw”), Steven Dollinger (“Dollinger”), Michael Rubino (“Rubino”), Gerald Weimer (“Weimer”), Christine Weimer and Nina Rubino filed the Amended Complaint asserting various causes of action against the defendants.
