I. Introduction

Plaintiff Dale Schneck (“plaintiff’ or “Schneck”) brings this action against the Saucon Valley School District (“defendant” or “School District” or “District”) alleging violations of his First Amendment rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as violations of state law. Presently before me is defendant’s motion for summary judgment with respect to plaintiffs First Amendment retaliation claim. I will grant the motion.
