RUBENS, Judge:

Contrary, to his pleas, a general court-martial composed of officer members convicted appellant of one specification of conspiracy to commit larceny (more than $50,-000.00), two specifications of unauthorized absence, one specification of missing movement by neglect, fourteen specifications of larceny (total more than $50,000.00), and twenty-four specifications of forgery (U.S. Government checks or military payroll money lists) in violation of Articles 81, 86, 87, 121, and 123, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 886, 887, *610921, and 923, respectively.…
