The plaintiffs, John DeMorais and Sharon DeMorais, appeal and the defendants, Joseph Wisniowski and Stanley Wisniowski, cross appeal from the judgment of the trial court. The plaintiffs claim that the court improperly denied their motion to set aside the verdict. Specifically, the plaintiffs argue that the defendants failed to introduce sufficient evidence to support a finding of $50,000 in economic damages pursuant to their counterclaim for libel per quod.
