The plaintiff, Hi-Ho Tower, Inc., appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendants, Com-Tronics, Inc. (Com-Tronics),'and its principal officer, John Becker, on the complaint, and for Com-Tronics on the third *22count of its counterclaim.
