This action arises from the use of eight Beatles songs in the documentary film The Beatles: The Lost Concert {“The Lost Concert”). Specifically, Plaintiff Ace Arts, LLC (“Ace”) alleges that Defendants Sony/ATV Music Publishing, LLC (“SATV”) and Apple Corps Limited (“Apple”) unlawfully interfered with the United States distribution of The Lost Concert by asserting copyright claims regarding those songs.
