Plaintiff ZPC 2000, Inc. (“ZPC”) brings this action against defendant SCA Group, Inc. (“SCA”) and its principal shareholder,George R. Stout (“Stout”), alleging various causes of action, including misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and four causes of action under the Illinois Limited Liability Company Act, 805 Ill. Comp. Stat. §§ 180/15-3(b), 15-3(d), 15-20, and 40-15.
