Plaintiff, Wesley Jones, sought in this action to recover benefits under the provisions of the workmen’s compensation law. Defendant Yankee Hill Brick Manufacturing Company was his employer and defendant Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin was his employer’s compensation insurer.
