Plaintiff Scott Chiles filed his petition in the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court on April 13, 1950, seeking compensation for injuries and disability allegedly caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by defendant Cudahy Packing Company on March 23, 1950.
