Plaintiff Ernest Robert Feagins originally filed a petition in the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court seeking to recover compensation and benefits for injuries resulting in permanent - and total disability allegedly caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by defendant Melvin Carver on June 6, 1953.
