MEMORANDUM OF DECISION MOTION TO STRIKE

This action arises from an automobile accident in which the plaintiff, Natalia Garcia, was injured. The single-count complaint, filed on May 28, 1998, alleges that the plaintiff was a passenger in a car being driven by Luz E. Rivera which was struck by an unidentified vehicle.
