On or about May 21, 2001, the defendants, Camp Realty, LLC, Montano Realty Associates, LLC and Gary V. Montaono, pursuant to Practice Book § 10-39 et seq., moved to strike counts 7, 8, 9, 22, 23 and 24 in their entirety; paragraph 10(c) and 13(c) of counts, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21; and moved to strike alleged cumulative paragraphs allegedly contained in all 30 counts of the plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint.
