On August 25, 1998, Plaintiff Marvin Parker commenced this employment discrimination suit against his former employer, Defendant Key Plastics, Inc., alleging that Defendant treated Plaintiff differently from his fellow employees on account of his disability and that Defendant retaliated against Plaintiff for filing discrimination charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
