I. Introduction
In this appeal, Appellant Darrell Jay Keehn raises a single point challenging the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. Keehn contends that officers’ war-rantless entry into an unoccupied van that was parked in the driveway in front of his residence violated the Fourth Amendment and Article I, Section 9 of the Texas Constitution.
