James A. Fritz, Jr., appeals from a judgment entered on guilty verdicts convicting him of second-degree sexual assault of a child, see § 948.02(2), STATS., and second-degree sexual assault, see § 940.225(2)(b), STATS., and from the trial court's order denying his motion for postconviction relief contending that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
