In the case now before me, Plaintiff claims that his employer discriminated against him on the basis of race, and that his employer terminated his employment based upon illegitimate and pre-textual circumstances in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA). .
