Plaintiff Liberty Mutual Insurance Company appeals by right the trial court’s order granting defendant Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association’s (mcca) motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10). The issue before this Court is whether *37the mcca is required to accept plaintiffs postloss premium payment and reimburse plaintiff for a loss sustained under personal protection insurance coverage in excess of $250,000 pursuant to MCL 500.3104(2) of the no-fault act.
