Timothy Martin Barrett appeals the imposition of a 30-month suspension of his license to practice law.

A Subcommittee of the Second District, Section II, of the Virginia State Bar certified three charges of misconduct to the State Bar Disciplinary Board. Barrett requested a three-judge court and the Virginia State Bar (the Bar) filed a Complaint with that court pursuant to Part 6, § IV, ¶ 13.I.1.a.(1)(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court consolidating the certifications.
