This is an appeal of right from the decision of a three-judge court imposing a public reprimand upon an attorney for professional misconduct.

Proceedings

Joseph Leath Anthony is an attorney licensed to practice law in Virginia. In January 2004, the Virginia State Bar filed a complaint against him alleging professional misconduct.
