This matter is presently before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

Plaintiff A. Stucki Company (“Stucki”) is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Defendant Buckeye Steel Castings Company (“Buckeye Steel”) is an Ohio corporation with its principal place of business in Columbus, Ohio.
